From my first contact with her, Alexia was very professional. She visited us to meet Lily and familiarize herself with the requirements of the job. Alexia has taken care of many different animals before and was not at all fazed by our bunny. She offered to turn lights on and off while we were gone, which was much appreciated. We established a schedule of visits and Lily was very well taken care of. She was watered, fed, her cage cleaned out and I am sure benefitted from strokes and cuddles. Alexia sent us a daily email with a photo of Lily - such a nice gesture and so reassuring for us overly anxious and protective bunny guardians!
